Q. What format does my design need to be submitted in?

A. The Preferred Formats .JPEG And .PDF, Although Vector Files Are Commonly In .AI Format.

 

Q. What resolution is print-ready?

A. At Least 300dpi (Dots Per Inch) Is The Industry Standard For Print-Ready Artwork

 

Q. Why does the color of my design look different on my computer than the printed copy?

 A. Each Monitor Displays The Color Based On It’s Calibration. Without Being Perfectly Calibrated, The Color Will Not Be A Perfect Match To The Printed Copy.

 

Q. How do I make sure that I can write on my cards?

 A. The Coating Or Finish Can Be Anything Except UV Coated To Allow For Writing On The Card.

 

Q. Can I order a custom size that is not listed on the website?

 A. Yes. Simply Email Us The Details Of Your Request And We Will Provide You With A Custom Quote.

 

Q. What do I do if I need the info on my card updated?

 A. Our Designers Are Available To Create Designs From Scratch Or Edit Existing Files.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

 A. Once A Design Has Been Submitted For Print, It Goes Into A Prepress Stage. For Quick Turnaround Times, This Is Done Almost Immediately. Cancellations Can Only Be Processed If Placed Before The Prepress Stage.

 

Q. If I need 500 cards for each of my employees with the same design, can I order them as one set?

A. If Any Images Or Text Needs To Be Changed, This Is Considered A Separate Order. A Design Is Printed In Its Entirety, And Changes Are Not Possible While Printing.
