Our Policies

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you need to request a refund, first we want to thank you for doing business with Sigma!  Although you can’t please everyone, we still try.  Our growth is directly related to our customers’ growth, and so are our losses.  If we drop the ball, we will take full responsibility in making things right.  If we have fulfilled your order as requested, but for some reason it does not meet your satisfaction or need, we are happy to offer a partial credit or refund.  Although most companies will require you to return the item, since your order is customized for you, we’ll never ask you to ship it back.  Now, as the old saying goes, “If at first you don’t succeed”… let’s give it another try!
